The service at Sunbridge Hotel & Conference Centre was good. We were provided with a fully renovated and reasonably large room with a sleeper sofa and 2 double beds.- The breakfast offered was nice and hot, with a variety of fine food options.

Really enjoyed our very positive stay there a lot. The hotel was well-designed and great, the indoor swimming pool was located onsite. Location: the property was not far from a hockey tournament, and many shops, restaurants.

Staff were great and the facility was clean; although they couldn't find our reservation from Booking, luckily they still had vacancies and gave us a discount too.

This place is conveniently located near grocery shopping, Kitchener/Waterloo, the airport, and around Cambridge.

We liked the restaurant. The food was excellent. We also liked the staff, they were very friendly.

The hotel is in need of renovation. Although it appeared clean enough, the bathroom tiles were worn and the grout needed to be replaced.

The TV would not go to regular TV. One bedside light did not work. The bathroom door needed to be trimmed - it jammed and was difficult to reopen and the exhaust fan needed cleaning.

The breakfast was very good , lots to choose from , staff very pleasant .

The room was not worth the money that was charged for it . Back of drapes had ketchup or something on them and the mirror in the wash room was dirty

The rooms have comfortable beds and the location is convenient for accessing nearby stores and lovely shops.

They gave our room away we got stuck in a different room which was old smelly and the patio doors didn't lock also our key didn't work took staff along time to let us in our room not a place I will ever be returning to

Went to go in Hot Tub and as full of floating hair inside and around. fridge wouldnt cool, smelt bad in hallways, people in general just did not seem happy to be there.. meaning the staff. Was a really bad experience especially this was my wife and Is 10th anniversay and we assumedn based on pics that it would be much nicer

I enjoyed spending time here. The stay here was perfectly pleasant on road trip. Everything was perfectly fine. The restaurant was fantastic for breakfast, I tried delicious dishes.

Overall nice facilities and nice hot breakfast with eggs.
